Ik was er helemaal nog niet aan toe, sterker nog, ik was het totaal niet van plan.
Maar dochterlief had wel de behoefte aan een nieuw huisdier en ik, ik wilde echt geen kat meer.
En toen ging het gesprek opeens over een hond.....echt niet, sprak ik nog heftig....toen werd het: de eerste 6 maanden zeker niet.....
Maar, er kwam een pup op de weg van the dragon...en toen en toen en toen...
ja hoor...ze heeft een pup.
Het is wel een bijzondere, hij heeft een stijve achterpoot, zo is hij geboren, maar dat maakt hem alleen "cuter" en apart. Hij heeft er geen last van, is 100% gezond, zegt de dierenarts en een heel mooi exemplaar van een Amerikaanse Bulldog.
Ja, we weten het, hij krijgt het formaat kalf!
Hoe dan ook, dit zijn plaatjes van zijn eerste dagen en hij zo een 6 weken oud hier
Ik weet niet hoeveel plaatjes ik al geschoten heb van Stiff zoals het baasje heet, maar het zijn er zeker wel 10 per week
Van zijn eerste bad, zijn kennismakingen met de honden uit de buurt, zijn liefde voor kinderen en hij heeft het geluk dat we alles in de buurt hebben, want ondanks het feit dat we op een flat wonen, is er de ruimte van de plas(om te leren zwemmen), het park (om heerlijk te ravotten), de scholen in de buurt ( om mee te spelen) en allerlei honden, die hem helpen opvoeden.
Een bijkomend voordeel is dat we nu heel veel buiten komen, ik ga dagelijks minstens een keer mee om hem uit te laten, the dragon is heel erg met hem bezig, hij krijgt een strakke doch liefdevolle training en onze grootste voorbeeld heet Cesar Millan!

Een ding is zeker hij groeit als kool, trekt veel belangstelling, is de lieveling van iedereen die hem regelmatig meemaakt en op weg om een heel vrolijke en goede maat te worden.
Hij is eigenwijs, maar luistert erg goed voor een pup van bijna 15 weken..en wij zijn blij met hem!
